Charles A. Thigpen is currently the Senior Vice President for Community Development Services at Third Federal Savings & Loan in Cleveland, Ohio. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management degree from Grambling State University. In addition, he has received certifications from both Ohio University and the University of Virginia in bank management. The extent of Mr. Thigpen's professional career in the banking industry spans thirty-seven years. He serves on the boards of several civic and charitable organizations of which he has received numerous awards. He is also on the Deacon Board at Antioch Baptist Church. He is a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated.
